One cant track ones posted property. If to track you have to go to the website what is the point. After your input of property to be sold you cant modify. Cant track cant modify. For purchase of one property why should anyone download this app.

Looked like a nice attempt, but wasnt tested well. On smaller screen phones like iPhone 4s and earlier, the search page doesnt even let you click on SEARCH. Not sure if it works on bigger phones, but very unlikely.

Did not work out for me. At least in Tamilnadu. The site as a whole is occupied with repeated and fake posts. No photos. Most of the adds are posted by brokers. Waste of time talking to them. Good luck with your search.

So far one of the best property app in India...I mostly search property in Gujarat and from 99acres I found my current flat that I bought in Gandhinager.

Location field accepts nothing. It can’t locate ‘Kerala’ or any cities within.

The app is not working in the US. Neither the app nor the site is working. Please look into it asap.

Used this in Bangalore, India. Very good listings. App has no fees at the moment unlike competitor apps. Strongly recommend for rental search. Features are great and user friendly.

Unable to verify via OTP, each time OTP is entered another OTP is triggered, uninstalled the app.

1) who does phone call verification and not SMS verification . Anyways it doesn’t work for USA number 2) some listing seem stale or not available many times

This site does have a couple suitable options. However, they are unable to verify my international number even though they have the option to change the country code. They ask to give a missed call to the number. Which I did a few times. It rings, then my service provider says their number is out of service. Subsequently, this site says that the verification failed. They should fix this.

Please do not waste your money for opting dedicated managers or any other services to sale your property because they are not going to help you in case, until you pay they keep on call you opt services once you pay money that’s it. Then they don’t care about anything. So please aware of this. Even one star is useless.

I am in USA. TRIED opening 99acres weg site on iphone and laptops. Cannot access the site. Helpless

I saw some 50+ listing while searching house almost most of them had same images of property. Till now not a single number which I tried to contact was valid. All useless data and listing on app. Please make sure you have verified listings only.

Unable to load the app in Untied states

The app is extremely buggy! Half of the services/pages don’t load. A had a free listening from 2016 which I reactivated but it doesn’t allow me to change rent price! I tried multiple times and it says price changed but nope! I spoke to customer care and they started selling paid services saying pay for sellers even before listening to the query! Overall useless app for me!

This app after opening keeps erroring out on my iOS device. Please fix bugs

I use this app to monitor responses on a paid listing that I put up. Notifications work, but clicking through them takes you to a “page does not exist” almost all the time. Extremely frustrating and defeats the utility of this app for me. UI feels dated and poorly designed as well. Not intuitive to use at all. I’m finding myself constantly going to the desktop experience to do what I need to.

No map views for property.

Searching is now broken. Price range minimum must be more than RS 0 for the search to work. But sometimes the search stops unexpectedly, too. Not usable.

99acres is not seller friendly rather focus more on brokers. I had two properties listed but one rogue broker dropped them an email because brokers would prefer sellers don’t receive calls directly from customers. 99acres decided to remove both my properties and asked me to send copies of property documents to add them. No one in their right mind would want to send copies of their property documents unnecessarily. Better to use some other app.

Being in US, this app provides all the details for the properties in India It does route you to brokers but that’s all right for providing so much insights

Very easy to use and very informative , please add directions for houses and plots , that’s one of the features missing in the app.

Try it show the list on a map When searching for more than one location, the search does not work. Need to improve the search functionality.
